INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 pounds steak, sliced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 tablespoons guacamole
PREPARATION:
In a large skillet, saute pepper, onion and fajita seasoning in butter until tender. Remove from skillet and cook beef slices until cooked through.
Add peppers and onions, mix and heat through. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle cheese over meat, serve with sour cream and guacamole.
