This sweet treat, featured in the 1997 Recipe Hall of Fame, is a delightful morning pick-me-up.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 cups strong brewed coffee
PREPARATION:
COOK half-and-half and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.) Stir in coffee.
