These breakfast-like balls pair sweet sausage with baking mix and cheddar. Pop them in the oven and you've got a morning-or-night snack.
INGREDIENTS (for 3 servings):
- 1 pound maple roll sausage
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1/2 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, combine maple sausage, baking mix, and cheese. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Arrange balls in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
