A moist chocolate cake that fills a 9x13 inch pan.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Add mayonnaise, water, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), 30-35 minutes or until done.
