Can you brown ground beef, and open a few cans? If you're lazy, then this one is for you! Ground beef is simmered with corn, green beans and hash brown potatoes for a quick one-dish meal.
INGREDIENTS (for 5 servings):
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can French cut green beans
- 12 frozen hash brown patties, thawed
- 1 (10 ounce) can canned whole kernel corn
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Place the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until evenly browned. Drain off grease. Transfer the beef to a large saucepan or soup pot. Stir in the green beans and corn. Break hash brown patties into pieces, and stir them in. Cook until thoroughly heated. Season with salt and pepper.
