INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 6 Gorton's® Crunchy Golden, Garlic & Herb or Lemon Herb Fish Fillets
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives
- 1/3 cup crumbled Feta or grated Parmesan Cheese
PREPARATION:
Place uncooked Gorton's Fillets in the bottom of an ungreased 10x6 inch baking dish. Mix all ingredients except cheese and spoon evenly over fillets. Cover and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
