Use your favorite frozen berries, along with soy milk, orange juice and wheat germ, to make this quick liquid breakfast.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
PREPARATION:
In a blender, combine soy milk, orange juice, wheat germ and frozen berries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
