Non-bake cookie with coconut, oats and nuts.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Bring sugar, milk and butter to boil. Boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Stir in cocoa and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients to coat well.
Drop onto waxed paper by the tablespoonfuls. Cool and enjoy!
