Saucy, savory drumsticks slow cooked with brown sugar, garlic, and soy and tomato sauces. A kid friendly treat that's great with rice and Asian-style vegetables.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 3 1/2 pounds chicken drumsticks, skin removed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
PREPARATION:
Place drumsticks in a slow cooker. In a medium bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and tomato sauce. Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover, and cook on Low heat 8 hours.
