Classic, simple recipe for a clove-studded cooked ham with an orange-honey glaze.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 (3 pound) boneless ham
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup honey
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ham in a shallow roasting pan, and stud ham with whole cloves. In a small bowl, mix orange juice concentrate with honey. Pour mixture evenly over ham. Tent ham with aluminum foil.
Bake ham for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
