A delicious ginger and orange marmalade glaze emphasizes all the natural juicy flavor of delicious boneless pork roast.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 pounds boneless pork roast
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix orange marmalade, lemon juice, ginger, and mustard.
Place pork in a medium baking dish, and, glazing frequently with the orange marmalade mixture, cook 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
