If you like orange sherbet and mandarin oranges, then you can 't miss with this delicious gelatin mold. Simple, foolproof and always delicious. Chill, un-mold, and bring to the table.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
PREPARATION:
Combine the gelatin and water; stir until dissolved. Add the sherbet and mandarin oranges with juice; mix well.
Pour into a gelatin mold and chill until firm.
