This is a great Fourth of July people pleaser. Or anytime, especially if you live under the hot Southern summer sun. Feel free to experiment with different flavors of sherbet!
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups orange sherbet
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 cups crushed ice
PREPARATION:
In a blender, blend the orange juice, water, orange sherbet, vanilla, confectioners' sugar, and ice until smooth.
