This recipe will frost the top of a 10x15 inch sheet cake, but could also be used as a filling for a layer cake. Vanilla pudding is mixed with cream cheese, pineapple and whipped topping.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat until smooth. Blend in cream cheese. Fold in the whipped topping, then fold in the crushed pineapple.
