Everything's raspberry in this party punch - juice, soda and sherbet. I made a double batch of this recipe and served it to 40 people at a wedding shower. It was a big hit.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen concentrated raspberry-kiwi juice, partially thawed
- 2 (2 liter) bottles raspberry creme soda, chilled
- 1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet
PREPARATION:
Place raspberry-kiwi juice concentrate in a large punch bowl, Slowly pour in creme soda. Using an ice cream scoop, drop in scoops of sherbet.
