Garlic, thyme and fresh tomatoes and olive oil are tossed with spaghetti. Topped with grated cheese, this dish is simple and savory.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
PREPARATION:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, tomato, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss with pasta. Serve topped with cheese.
