Yummy peanut butter cookies with a milk chocolate center. They are as fun to make as they are to share.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups packaged biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 60 solid milk chocolate candy drops, unwrapped
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat EAGLE BRAND® and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned around edges (do not overbake). Immediately press a candy drop in center of each cookie. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
