Cut plain bagels into bite-sized pieces and dip them into this simple hot dip made with pepperoni and cream cheese.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1/2 pound pepperoni sausage, diced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium baking dish, mix the pepperoni, cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
