Converting the popular tropical drink into a fruity rum confection is easily done with your bread machine, when you have canned pineapple and packaged coconut.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 tablespoons rum
- 3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle
