We call this dessert ethereal. Light and beautiful to the eye. Pomegranate pulp is combined with rosewater, sugar and lime juice. Chilled in a beautiful bowl, it 's ready for six delighted guest.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 3 cups mashed pomegranate pulp, light-colored membrane removed
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
PREPARATION:
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine pomegranate pulp, rose water, lemon juice, and sugar and chill for several hours. Serve chilled in dessert dishes.
