Brown sugar and molasses flavor this baked pudding flecked with cornflakes.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 4 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark molasses
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine milk, cereal, brown sugar, molasses and eggs. Mix until eggs are well incorporated. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes, until set.
