Grape soda and pineapple sorbet make this a delicious punch. Add beautiful purple pansies to float in your punch bowl for a lovely touch. Be sure your flowers are clean and have never been sprayed with pesticides.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2 (2 liter) bottles grape soda
- 1/2 gallon pineapple sorbet
- 18 purple pansy blossoms, cleaned and stems removed
PREPARATION:
Pour the grape soda into a large punch bowl. Scoop 1/2 cup sized balls of pineapple sorbet into the soda. Float pansies on top amongst the sorbet scoops. Serve immediately with 1 scoop and 1 flower for each guest's cup.
