Your standard chili gets a facelift from rich, melted cream cheese and shredded roast beef. Salsa's added as well.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili with beans
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 (13 ounce) can roast beef, shredded
- 1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
PREPARATION:
Place chili, cream cheese, salsa, and roast beef in a large saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until the mixture comes to a slow boil. Serve with chips and enjoy!
