Fruity, creamy, and just plain delicious - the perfect smoothie!
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 (12 ounce) package firm silken tofu
- 1 cup fat free soy milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
PREPARATION:
In a blender, mix tofu, soy milk, banana, raspberries, and orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth.
