A bottle of Italian dressing poured over chicken and potatoes turns out a wonderfully easy supper dish. Any salad dressing should do the job well.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 15 potatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange potato halves around chicken, then cover all with salad dressing.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
