Try this recipe with your favorite type of Cook's Ham. A honey glaze spiced with cumin and dotted with crushed peanuts will give your ham an exotic flair without exotic ingredients.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • To prepare glaze, toast cumin for 3 minutes in 300 degrees F oven. Toast crushed peanuts in the oven for 5 minutes or until brown at 400 degrees F. Put orange juice in bowl, then fold in each ingredient in the following order: honey, cumin and peanuts.
  • Prepare and heat ham according to package directions.
  • Brush glaze over your favorite Cook's ham 30 minutes before meat is done. Heat ham uncovered for final 30 minutes. Carve ham and serve.
