This rub is so easy to make, and gives grilled steaks a great, distinctive flavor.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
PREPARATION:
In a small bowl, mix rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub onto both sides of steaks before grilling as desired.
