Another white yeast bread from the bread machine, this one features both all-purpose and bread machine flours along with egg and powdered milk.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 cup water
- 1 extra large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
PREPARATION:
Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer.
Select basic bread setting, normal crust.
