INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup candied mixed fruit peel
PREPARATION:
Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer.
Select sweet bread setting. Add the raisins and mixed peel when the machine beeps, or 5 minutes before kneading is complete.
