An easy creamy corn casserole made with canned cream-style corn baked with egg and crushed crackers.
INGREDIENTS (for 9 servings):
- 2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 1/4 (16 ounce) package saltine crackers
- 1 egg, beaten
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine corn, crackers and egg. Mix and pour into small baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
