INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and seafood seasoning; saute 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are browned. Add bell pepper; cook 3 minutes longer.
  • Stir in wine and shrimp; bring to a boil. Simmer 2 minutes. Add scallops; cook and stir 3 minutes longer or until seafood is done. Serve over linguine with grated Parmesan cheese.
