A creamy, hot shrimp dip with shrimp and green onion. Serve with crackers.
INGREDIENTS (for 7 servings):
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 ounce) can small shrimp, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and undiluted cream of shrimp soup together until fluffy. Stir in shrimp.
Microwave for about 2 minutes, or until warm. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
