Chicken broth is prominent in this old Southern libation, along with vodka, Scotch whiskey and gin.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Scotch whiskey
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger gin
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, garnish
PREPARATION:
In a mixing glass, combine vodka, Scotch, gin and chicken broth. Mix well and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
