There's nothing pretentious about this straightforward rib rub -- it's hot, sweet and delicious!
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 1/2 cup freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup ground cayenne pepper
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons salt
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix freshly ground black pepper, ground cayenne pepper, dark brown sugar and salt. Rub thoroughly into ribs before grilling as desired.
