Kielbasa sausage slow cooked with beer and sauerkraut.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
PREPARATION:
In a slow cooker combine sausage, beer and sauerkraut. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, until the meat is tender and plump.
