Chicken and broccoli with a tangy sour cream sauce.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken halves - cooked
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs for topping
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine the soup, water and sour cream. Mix together. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken and broccoli and cover top completely with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes more.
