Oh, these lovely sourdough biscuits are so easy! Just mix starter and oil with dry ingredients, and drop by the spoonful onto cookie sheets.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
PREPARATION:
Sift flour, salt, and soda together into a large bowl. Mix starter with oil, and stir into the sifted ingredients. Drop dough by tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
