Ground beef is mixed with egg, bread crumbs, prepared mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, formed into patties, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic salt, then sauteed for 10 to 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS (for 7 servings):
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 slice bread, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread, egg, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Form into 6 to 8 patties and season with garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste.
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the patties for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fully cooked to desired doneness.
