Zesty Mexican-style cheese adds a bit of spiciness to this smooth shrimp and crab dip. It's a family favorite.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 (1 pound) loaves Mexican-style processed cheese food, cubed
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pound cooked and peeled shrimp
- 1/2 pound cooked crabmeat
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium baking dish, mix Mexican-style processed cheese food, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, shrimp and crabmeat.
Bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
