One of those classic recipes that melds dry soup mix with frozen spinach and a sour cream/mayonnaise base.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (.4 ounce) packet dry vegetable soup mix
PREPARATION:
In a medium mixing bowl combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable soup mix. Mix well. Refrigerate it for 4 hours. Stir before serving.
