These are soft and very, very good.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon anise extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Beat six eggs. Add sugar, oil, and anise flavoring and mix well.
Mix in the flour and baking powder. Beat well.
Smooth batter into a 10 x 15 inch greased and floured pan. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool then cut in strips.
