Wanting to do something different with the tuna in my cupboard, I threw together some ingredients that I had left over from a sushi party. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, wasabi paste, ginger and green onion. Serve on lettuce leaves or make a sandwich with white bread.
