INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup finely minced sweet onion
- cracked black pepper
PREPARATION:
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, brown sugar, onion, and pepper. Pour over desired meat, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours, turning meat occasionally.
