Cook the pasta, combine with sweet peas and a bit of chopped onion, and spoon on mayonnaise and a dash of hot sauce.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 12 ounces rotelle pasta
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
PREPARATION:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pasta, peas, onions, mayonnaise and dash of hot sauce. Mix well and chill before serving.
