Butter-flavored popcorn is coated with a simple syrup for a sweet treat.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 6 cups popped butter flavor popcorn
PREPARATION:
Line two baking sheets with waxed paper.
In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine butter, water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil 4 minutes; remove from heat. Introduce popcorn and stir to coat evenly. Pour onto prepared baking sheets and let cool before serving.
