Whether you're tailgating at the stadium lot before the game or camping in the great outdoors, these no-fuss, sweet and smoky potatoes are guaranteed to satisfy.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 4 medium red potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
PREPARATION:
Toss potatoes with oil in a large bowl. Add seasoning; toss to coat evenly.
Place potatoes on large, wide sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place onions on top of potatoes and fold foil end over end until tightly sealed.
Grill over medium-high heat 30-35 minutes; turning halfway through cooking time.
