A simple tuna dish simmered with onion and garlic flavors.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
PREPARATION:
Place tuna in a medium saucepan and pour water over it, then sprinkle with onion powder and garlic powder. Lay onion rings on top, cover the pan and simmer about 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
