Skewers of pineapple chunks, steak cubes, and bell peppers are marinated in honey teriyaki sauce and grilled.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
- 1 pound top round steak, cubed
- 1/2 cup bottled honey teriyaki or teriyaki marinade and sauce, divided
- 1 large DOLE Green or Red Bell Pepper, cut into chunks
PREPARATION:
Place steak in shallow non-metallic dish. Pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over steak. Cover, marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator.
Thread pineapple chunks, steak and bell peppers onto skewers. Brush with remaining marinade.
Grill or broil 8 to 12 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade during grilling. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve with rice, if desired.
