Diced tomatoes and cucumbers, chopped onion, and a splash of lemon juice. Chill and serve to four.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in a salad bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Chill.
