Blast off with this tropical blended concoction of pineapple, banana, mango, and vanilla yogurt.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • Combine pineapple chunks, banana, mango, yogurt and ice cubes in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve.


  • Variation:

    Omit yogurt and ice cubes. Prepare as directed above adding 1 cup lowfat milk or orange juice and 1 tablespoon honey.
