Blast off with this tropical blended concoction of pineapple, banana, mango, and vanilla yogurt.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, undrained
- 1 medium, ripe DOLE Banana, quartered
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Combine pineapple chunks, banana, mango, yogurt and ice cubes in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve.
Variation:Omit yogurt and ice cubes. Prepare as directed above adding 1 cup lowfat milk or orange juice and 1 tablespoon honey.
